Our Mission

We want to change the way people view health, food and exercise.

Unfortunately, most of us have consumed a lot of unhealthy messages through the many social media channels available, all the misinformation that becomes a fad, movies, music, etc. that tell us what being 'healthy' looks like, what foods we should be eating, and what workouts we should be doing. We are here to tear these unhealthy myths and messages down. We are here to promote real lifestyle changes that will help you thrive and feel better than ever before, with exercise that is motivating to you, and with food that is delicious and easy to make - fully tailored for you. 

Whether you are trying to lose weight, get (and feel) strong and fit, have more energy and say goodbye to the 3pm crash, finish a race, or simply looking for motivation and guidance - we are here to help. From the food prepping, meals, and grocery lists to the exercise routines - our main goal is to provide you with a solution that will last a lifetime (not just this year/summer/month).

why we're unique

  • Your coach will work with you one-on-one over Skype/Facetime every week. We believe that this 1:1 time is crucial as you will be able to discuss how you're feeling, how the process is going, and how we can continue to improve. 
  • Your progress will be measured and discussed every 2-4 weeks to see what is working and what isn't. We can talk about progress any time you'd like, however, we recommend every 2-4 weeks so we can have clearer results. 

  • You will have unlimited email access to your coach, and responses within 24hrs. If you have questions/concerns or are just feeling like you'd like extra motivation/guidance - that's not a problem... we're here to help. 

  • You will get a tailored food and fitness plan specifically designed for your needs. We will assist you in creating a personalized plan through education, encouragement and support. 

  • Your coach will give you the support and accountability necessary through every step of your journey. They will keep in touch with you as often as you need, while always providing helpful and valuable information. 
     
  • If you have any allergies, food intolerances, follow a specific food regimen (ie. paleo, vegetarian, or vegan) - we will work with you and provide you with a plan that fits your needs.
     
  • We aim to help you create a healthy attitude and behavior towards fitness, nutrition, weight and stress management.   
     
  • We don't aim to get you "bikini ready" - we aim to get you healthy, happy, and motivated... and that lasts a lifetime.
